What Reiki Is, I remind you this is the first question someone new to Reiki will ask you, sometimes they will try to figure out if Reiki is a religion. A simple approach is to answer: 
  • Generical definition is: "Reiki is the wisdom of the Creator, controlling and harmonizing the all pervading energy of Ki throughout our body, mind and spirit".
  • Rationally for an intellectual person, "Reiki taps on the vibrational level of a person (like in quantum physics, everything is vibration) where the practitioner learn to connect with a higher vibration, thus channeling to the client, this positive vibration finds and purges low disharmonious vibrations from the client, yielding pain, emotional and physical healing."
  • Emotionally for a easy down to earth person, "Reiki is a form of energy healing, where the medium (reiki practitioner/healer) allows the transferring of very high positive energy vibration, thus tapping into the emotional center of the chakras, promoting the release of traumatic emotional blocks".
  • Spiritually for an spiritualist person, "Reiki is form of spiritual healing, where by one in-tunes with the spiritual realm allowing the channeling of the healing energy of Love guided by Spiritual Wisdom and supported with Spiritual Ascendant Master.
